Born out of the love and spirit of Camp Happiness, our program was founded in conjunction with the Milford Recreation Department in 2021 by certified educators and special education teachers who are passionate about creating opportunities for individuals of all abilities. We offer a wide range of inclusive clubs and community events for kids, teens, and adults with special needs—welcoming participants into a joyful, supportive environment where they can build confidence, friendships, and unforgettable memories. From cooking and STEM to pickleball, dance, and arts and crafts, our ever-growing list of clubs offers something exciting for everyone. One of the cornerstones of our program is our Drama Club - a truly one-of-a-kind experience that brings participants together to express themselves, build teamwork, and shine on stage. Beloved by families and community members alike, our Drama Club productions are a highlight of the year and a powerful reminder of the creativity and talent within every individual. In addition to our clubs, we host vibrant community events like Trunk or Treat, Family Bingo, and our signature Adaptive Semi-Formal Dance: The Sweetheart Dance—a magical evening full of joy, music, and celebration.Whether you're a long-time friend or just discovering us, all are welcome—all ages, all abilities, Milford residents and beyond.
