Pickleball is a racquet sport which combines elements of badminton, tennis, and table tennis. 

The sport is played on a court with the same dimensions as a doubles badminton court. The net is similar to tennis net, but is mounted two inches lower. The game is played with a hard paddle and a polymer smaller version of a wiffleball.

Our Indoor Pickleball program is for Milford Residents of ALL skill levels.  This is an open play format where you show up and play.

The purpose of the program is to get some good exercise and have FUN!!  

Indoor Pickleball will take place at the West Shore Rec Center on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday's.


Monday Night Indoor Pickleball!!!

There will be 3 sessions on Monday Nights:
6:00pm-7:15pm
7:15pm-8:30pm
8:30pm-9:45pm

Each session will have a max of 15 participants and is an open play style format.

Registration is for Milford Residents and is $40.

General Information
  • There will be five sessions available for registration
  • 9:30am-11:00am every Tuesday and Thursday
  • 11:00am-12:30pm every Tuesday and Thursday
  • 12:30pm-1:30pm every Tuesday and Thursday
  • 9:30am-11:00am every Wednesday and Friday
  • 11:00am-12:30pm every Wednesday and Friday
  • You can only sign up for ONE session
  • Program will start after Thanksgiving and go till the end of March
  • Registration is $100 for Milford Residents only.
  • Will take place at the West Shore Rec Center
  • All abilities are welcome
  • Open Play
  • Bring your own racquet and balls
  • **This year we will have a monthly sign up. The monthly play will be 12:30pm-1:30pm every Tuesday and Thursday.
  • Monday Night Pickleball
  • Session I 6:00pm-7:15pm
  • Session II 7:15pm-8:30pm
  • Session III 8:30pm-9:45pm
  • 15 participants per session. $40 per registration. You may only sign up for ONE session. You will not be refunded if you sign up for multiple sessions.

  • If Milford Public Schools are closed due to inclement weather, the Indoor Pickleball program is canceled.
  • Cancellation Information will be posted on MilfordRecreation.com
  • If the program is canceled an email and/or text message will be sent to all registered participants.
  • Please be sure to update your Household Account with your current contact information and that you opt to receive cancellation information.
  • **There will be no Pickleball on 12/26, 12/27, 12/28, 12/29, & 3/29/24
