Fredrike Ryan has dedicated her life to competitive sports. She has earned a bachelor's degree in Sports and Gymnastics education with a minor in sports massage. She is an avid pickleball player competing across Missouri, Kansas, Florida, and Connecticut.

She has an ITPTA Level 1 & 2 instructor certification.

She is excited to help you improve your game and enjoy the fun, social, and competitive game of pickleball.

Calling all Beginners:
A great into to pickleball class that will teach you the basics of the game.

Serve, Serve return, then what?
Now that we have the serve down, Coach Fredrike Ryan will go into what is next with different drills, techniques, and strategies.

Fastball! 3.0+
If you're looking for a challenge and some good cardio this "King of the Court" like class is for you.

3.5 Drills and Supervised Play:
A class focused on more advanced drills for experienced players along with a 30 min supervised play.

2.5-3.0 Drills and Supervised Play:
A class for individuals who are past the beginner stage and looking to expand their game.

Dink, Volley, Partner Work 3.0:
Learn and drill some new techniques along with a partner.

45/45 Drill and Play 3.0-3.5
Drilling and play for advanced players.

Lessons will be at both Fowler Pickleball Courts and Eisenhower Pickleball Courts.
