The Milford Recreation Department will be offering a variety of Pickleball Lessons this spring and summer!

Instructor Bio
Fredrike Ryan has dedicated her life to competitive sports. She has earned a bachelor's degree in Sports and Gymnastics education with a minor in sports massage. She is an avid pickleball player competing across Missouri, Kansas, Florida, and Connecticut.
She has an ITPTA Level 1 & 2 instructor certification.
She is excited to help you improve your game and enjoy the fun, social, and competitive game of pickleball.

Advanced Beginners Series 2

Advanced Beginner Drill and Supervised Play
Thursday June 4th 5pm-6:30pm
$35 (Max of 4)
For the first half of the clinic you will work on different drills to improve your game and then the last half you will put those skills to use in a supervised play session.

All about the Serve (3.0)

Looking to strengthen your serve and return? This is the class for you. Learn how to add more power and spin to your serve (supervised play for the last 30min).
