Content Creation: Live Streaming and Video Editing:
-Ages 7-17 · Mondays · 5:00pm to 6:30pm · $257.58 per participant
-11 meetings, September 21 through December 7. Skips 11/23 (Week of Thanksgiving)
-Minimum 5, maximum 12. Materials: Computer
-Participants learn how digital content moves from idea to finished piece. Through hands-on projects,
they explore live-stream setup, scenes and overlays, cameras, microphones, lighting, audio, gameplay
capture, and basic video editing. They also practice planning content, communicating responsibly
online, giving and receiving feedback, and presenting their work. No prior experience is required, and
the class is a starting point for future Affinity media programs.
Minecraft Modding & Pixel Art:
-Ages 7-17 · Tuesdays · 5:00pm to 6:30pm · $257.58 per participant
-11 meetings, September 22 through December 8. Skips 11/24 (Week of Thanksgiving)
-Minimum 5, maximum 12. Materials: Computer
-Participants take Minecraft apart and build it back their own way. They work with real modding tools to
change how the game behaves, then design original characters, items and textures in pixel art and
bring them into the world they have built. Along the way they practice problem-solving, planning,
persistence, collaboration, and the basics of how software is actually made. The program concludes
with a showcase where families see what each participant created. No prior experience is required, and
no modding experience is expected.
Fighting Game Workshop & Tournament Series:
-Ages 7-17 · Wednesdays · 5:00pm to 6:30pm · $257.58 per participant
-11 meetings, September 23 through December 9. Skips 11/25 (Week of Thanksgiving)
-Minimum 5, maximum 12. Materials: Console or computer, controllers provided
-A workshop and tournament series across the major fighting games, including Street Fighter 6, Super
Smash Bros. Ultimate, Marvel Rivals and others as interest decides. Participants learn the
fundamentals that carry across every title: neutral game, spacing, button notation, reading an opponent,
and how to use frame data to understand why a match went the way it did. Each block pairs coached
practice with a friendly tournament, so players get the reps and the pressure. Deliberately built as a
bridge for both the newcomer who has never entered a bracket and the experienced player who wants
to sharpen up, and the season concludes with a full tournament families are invited to attend.
Social Gaming Club:
-Ages 7-17 · Thursdays · 5:00pm to 8:00pm · $309.07 per participant
-12 meetings, September 24 through December 17. Skips 11/26 (Thanksgiving). No meetings during the Christmas and New Year’s weeks; the season concludes December 17.
-Minimum 5, maximum 12. Materials: Computer
-Social Gaming Club at Affinity Esports brings together players of all skill levels for shared play,
teamwork, and community. Each week features a rotating mix of games, friendly competition, team
challenges, and time to connect with a familiar group. Select sessions introduce coached
competitive-shooter fundamentals, while designated family sessions invite parents or caregivers to play
alongside participants and better understand the games they enjoy. It is a welcoming, supervised place
to build confidence, friendships, and positive gaming habits.
Youth Game Night:
-Ages 7-17 · Fridays · 6:00pm to 9:00pm · $309.07 per participant
-13 meetings, September 25 through December 18. Skips None. Youth Game Night runs every Friday of the season, including the Friday after Thanksgiving. No meeting on Christmas Day; the season concludes December 18.

-Youth Game Night at Affinity Esports is a supervised Friday evening for gaming, pizza, and time with
friends. Players of all skill levels can explore a wide range of games, meet other young gamers, and
enjoy friendly, low-pressure fun. It is an easy way to experience the Affinity community while parents
and caregivers enjoy an evening of their own. Pizza and soft drinks are included.
Competitive Team Workshops and Tryouts:
-Ages 7-17 · Saturdays · 1:00pm to 6:00pm · $35 per participant
-3 meetings, September 12 through September 26. Skips N/A
-Minimum 5, maximum 12. Materials: Computer
-Competitive Team Workshop and Tryouts is the entry point to Affinity Esports Club Teams. Across
three Saturdays, participants train and try out across the games we compete in: Fortnite (Squads and
Duos), Super Smash Bros. Ultimate, Marvel Rivals, Minecraft Bedwars, Valorant, and Rocket League.
Each session pairs coaching with live scrimmages, so participants practice communication, positioning,
teamwork, practice habits, and sportsmanship. One registration covers all three Saturdays and
participants may attend whichever sessions fit their schedule. No competitive experience is required.
Coaches use these sessions to evaluate players for Club Team rosters and practice squads, and every
participant receives feedback and clear next steps.
Winter Break Gamers Retreat:
-Ages 7-15 · Monday through Thursday · 9:00am to 4:30pm · $309.07 per participant
-4 meetings, December 28 through December 31. Skips N/A. The retreat runs all four days, December 28 through December 31.

-Winter Break Gamers’ Retreat is a four-day, full-day camp for the school vacation week. Each day
rotates through gaming, creative projects, team challenges, and structured group activities, with breaks
and free play built into the schedule. Campers practice teamwork, communication, sportsmanship, and
problem-solving while meeting other young gamers in a supervised, welcoming space. All skill levels
are welcome, no experience is required, and the week finishes with a friendly tournament and
celebration. Campers bring a packed lunch each day; all computers, equipment, and software are
provided.
