Spring Break Lacrosse Clinic with Calasthetics • Register • View Cart •

Clinic
The Milford Recreation Department presents a 2 day Lacrosse Clinic with Jesse Cala of Calasthetics.  

The Clinic will be on April 21st and April 22nd KMT Turf Fields located on French Drive.

There will be two clinics.  One for children in Grades 1st-5th and the second one for children grades 6th-8th.

Grades 1-5 will be 10:30am-12:30pm and  focus on the basics/learning to play.

Grades 6-8 will be 12:45pm-2:45pm and focus more on skill development.

All participants must bring a helmet, a stick, and safety equipment.

Instructor
Jesse Cala is a Certified Health and Physical Educator, NASM certified, Coach, and currently teaches Pre-K to 5th grade for the City of Milford. He played lacrosse collegiately at Eastern Connecticut State University and currently the owner of https://calasthetics.com/
