The Milford Recreation Department presents a 3 day Lacrosse Clinic with Jesse Cala of Calasthetics.
The Clinic will be on Monday April 6th, Tuesday April 7th, and Wednesday April 8th at the KMT Turf Fields located on French Drive.
There will be three clinics. One for kindergarten, the second one for children grades 1-5 and the third for grades 6-8.
The Kindergarten group will focus on learning how to play.
Grades 1-5 and 6-8 will focus more on skill development.
All participants must bring a helmet, a stick, and safety equipment.
Instructor
Jesse Cala is a Certified Health and Physical Educator, NASM certified, Coach, and currently teaches Pre-K to 5th grade for the City of Milford. He played lacrosse collegiately at Eastern Connecticut State University and currently the owner of https://calasthetics.com/
