We will immerse campers in live birds on trails & the salt marsh, at the observatory & mounted specimens at the museum using a field guide. We will also make a life size painting of their favorite bird on a piece of pine. Bring a lunch.
It is a 5 day camp!
Bird Identification Camp General Information:
- Instructor: Tim Chaucer
- Tim Chaucer is celebrating 41 years teaching this program.
- We will immerse campers in live birds on trails & the salt marsh, at the observatory & mounted specimens at the museum using a field guide.
- We will also make a life-size paintings of their favorite birds on a piece of pine.
- A fun instructional program.
- It is a 5 day camp.
- Please bring a nut-free lunch each day.
- Age 11-16 can act as camper/counselor.
