Create Native names, learn to drum, handle actual ancient artifacts, & learn scientific archaeological techniques as you take part in an actual dig.  We'll excavate, measure & label artifacts as rare as the 4000-6000 year old grooved Indian axe we found 3 years ago.  Bring a nut-free lunch.

  • Tim Chaucer is celebrating 41 years teaching this program.
  • Kids will create native names, learn to drum, handle actual ancient artifacts, and learn scientific archaeological techniques as they take part in an actual dig at an ancient village site.
  • We'll be excavating, measuring & labeling artifacts as rare as the 4000-6000 year old full grooved indian axe that we found 2 years ago.
  • A fun instructional program.
  • Please bring a nut-free lunch each day.
  • Age 12-16 can act as camper/counselor.
