Kripalu YOGA

Experience the peace and relaxation in your body through Yoga. Hatha Yoga restores vitality, reduces stress and enhances flexibility and balance. 

Gentle Yoga Wednesday
Join Cheryl Lampert-Seaholm in this gentle yoga class.  She received her certification from the Pranotthan School of Yoga which is deeply rooted in Kripalu tradition.  Class will include yoga postures guided by breath, breathwork and meditation creating a sense of inner peace.  This class is accessible to all, will increase flexibility and strengthen the body.

Slow Yoga for Transformation

It is a class on Tuesday evening with Jamie Dellavope.

Slow Vinyasa Yoga

It is a class on Wednesday morning with Jamie Dellavope.


This is suitable for beginners and intermediate level students. Yoga helps to limber your body, calm your mind, develop strength and give you an overall sense of well-being.  Jamie Dellavope - instructor for Monday and Tuesday mornings.
