Experience the peace and relaxation in your body through Yoga. Hatha Yoga gives one confidence, restores vitality, reduces stress, enhances flexibility and aids in weight control.  Jamie DellaVolpe will teach the Monday and Wednesday class.


This is suitable for beginners and intermediate level students. Yoga helps to limber your body, calm your mind, develop strength and give you an overall sense of well-being. Jamie DellaVolpe will run the Tuesday night class.
