Utilizing the track at Joseph A Foran HS the coaches will provide age appropriate running games and basic running techniques with a strong concentration on running form and pacing while building endurance through running drills, games and core exercises. Our camps help to instill a love for running and being active. All activities will take place in an atmosphere which promotes good sportsmanship, teamwork and most of all, FUN!
