The CrossFit Milford youth strength and conditioning program is a program built around developing the ten physical components of fitness; strength, speed, power, agility, coordination, accuracy, cardiorespiratory endurance, stamina, balance, and flexibility. Our program is the only one around run by a Certified Strength and Conditioning specialist and Dr of Physical Therapy.  Inside this program the youth will be led through proper warm up protocols, movement progressions, strength development and aerobic capacity drills. Within this program they will develop an amazing understanding on how to train, eat and live a healthy / strong life. 

 Session 1: June 21 - July 16
 Session 2: July 19 - August 6
